Most appliance repairs can be completed within 1 hour and any subsequent time will be agreed with the customer before commencing work if its likely to take longer.

A boiler service is carried out to ensure your boiler is working safely and efficiently. Recommend to be carried out annually. Our fixed price for a domestic boiler service is £70. Not including parts if required.

*A Back Boiler or Warm Air Unit service is charged at £120.

Landlord Gas Safety checks (CP12's) are charged at £70 which will include 1 boiler and 1 cooker only, any subsequent appliance will be charged at £15 extra.

Removal of existing appliance & the installation of a gas fire.

This price is based on a radiant gas fire, supply and fit.

Removal of existing appliance & the installation of a free standing cooker is charged at £85*

Removal of existing appliance & the installation of a hob is charged at £120*

*This price is based on labour only and doesn't include hob, within a 5 miles radius of Newcastle Upon-Tyne.

*This price does not include cutting any work surfaces for the hob to be fitted into.

Any gas related work is charged as a full day rate, or half a day is charged at £150.

For example, re-piping a gas run to 1 or several gas appliances. This price also includes gas certification if required.

Installation of a tap or shower mixer bar, not including parts

Removal and installation of a pop up waste plug, not including parts

Installation of a toilet syphon or filling valve, not including parts

Replacement of standard radiator - Same type of radiator with exactly the same dimensions, not including parts

Replacement of standard radiator to column or designer radiator with minor pipework alterations (100mm of pipework)

A Powerflush is carried out on the entire central heating system, this normally takes a full day to complete depending on system contamination, this involves flushing each radiator on the system using a powerflush machine, powerful magnets and chemicals. Certification will be provided after completion.

A Magnacleanse is carried out on the entire central heating system, this involves connecting a large filter and cleaning with chemicals whilst the boiler is in operation, this normally takes 3-4 hours.
